By accessing and using PickSavvy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

PickSavvy is a sports analytics platform that provides statistical predictions, fantasy sports projections, and informational content. The Service is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

PickSavvy does not provide gambling advice, investment advice, or financial advice of any kind. All predictions, projections, and analysis are generated by statistical models and are inherently uncertain. You should not rely on our content as the basis for any gambling, wagering, or financial decision.

Sports outcomes are unpredictable. Past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any predictions or projections.

You may create an account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Premium features are available via paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge for assistance.

All content on PickSavvy — including text, data, models, visualizations, code, and design — is the property of PickSavvy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute PickSavvy data or projections commercially
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Misrepresent PickSavvy content as gambling advice to others

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICKSAVVY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In particular, PickSavvy is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gambling, wagering, or fantasy sports decisions made based on our content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
